Here is my solution, we have the kids who you all despise, they are still dropping litter, stop before you go any further and vilify me. Lots of you all have stated in previous posts the kids are the main reason why the Toon is in such a state regarding litter so don’t start.
To make things a little better I am willing to put up half the cost of a one "bin” the “bin” will be positioned where you all see fit. My question is do I have any takers to stump up for the other half or even sponsor other bins?
So you all know where I am coming from, I have a daughter in the Grammar and one starting next year and I would hate to think they are contributing to the rubbish problem within the toon, if it takes their old fella to provide a bin then so be it.
I have said in previous posts the kids in the town are great kids. If all we have to worry about is trash then am I so glad I live in my little bit of utopia.
All in all the kids here in my mind are some of the best in Scotland. All I ask is please look inward , CGS put on a great evening of entertainment for Children in need, the CGS Christmas concert is packed with talent, even the young ones at Castlehill will give a great concert.
Where else in Scotland will you get so many talented kids in such a small community, if you want clarification look at WC1’s post regarding the CGS concert; show me any where else in the Scotland let alone UK where you would get so much talent in such a small community.
Oh by the way did I say I was an incomer and I chose to live here because of this.
If any one is still reading this then the web site for the bin is
http://www.wheeliebinsrus.com/about.htm they are out of Aberdeen so the money stays within Scotland . I am still up to pay half, be it a business or a private venture, at lets not forget at the end of the day our kids are our future!
