Thanks, Kenny - great photos of a great day!

Well done to Fiona, Suzy, Isla and all the weans for all their help and organisation. I can honestly sat that I enjoyed every second....even if I was a little on the delicate side!

Managed to overcome the headache to still be there at the bitter end with fiona 28, wee moi, tilly and cat mac to serve up some high kicks in the Burnside! :?

Hope to see you all over the summer on Mon and/or Thurs evenings!!

Enjoyed our 6 miles on Saturday down to the sheep fanks and back but it is all still a struggle for me at the moment :(

Need to try and up my mileage a bit - Anyone fancy round the moss road, 8.5 miles this saturday morning?

That sounds great Elaine. Will try to be there on Saturday morning, though it's been awhile since I've done that distance!

Excellent yeah 9am at comm centre on saturday for moss road. There was 4 of us last saturday and we just took it at a nice easy pace (thank goodness!)

Good to have you back pans lass!

thanks Jennifer but I think 14 miles is a bit out my reach at the minute (especially with lussa loch hills) plus you 2 are just too fast for me  sometime in the future maybe...

Woefully unfit after a week doing pretty much nothing in Rhodes - managed a couple of miles most days but it was just so hot even late in the evening. Moss Road sounds good, but tough,- really need to get my mileage back up - half marathon in just 5 weeks. Looking forward to Saturday.

Hi Iceblue,

Sorry such late notice, tried getting your phone number from phone book but it doesnt seem to be in it, think i phoned your auntie but she didnt have your number. Anyway, just to say im not going to make tomoro, couldnt get my hair app changed therefore it wouldnt really give me enough time to do 14miles. Decided to run from southend and add on a few more miles at my end. Hope you have a good run and sorry for such late notice, hope you get this before 8.30am tomoro :?

Jennifer.

Hi Jennifer,

That's okay, sorry you couldn't make it this morning :( You missed running up and down all those hills at Lussa, they got particularly annoying towards the end of my run when my legs were starting to get tired  I'm pleased to get my last big long run done before Islay half in a fortnight. 14 miles in 2 hrs 8 mins, so I'm happy with that :D

See you on Tuesday at DJD training 8)
