For 2011 we have decided to give the healthy local running and jogging community a forum of their own!

What a great day, my first ever race never mind 10K and I managed to get round. Thanks for all the training from the Jog Scotland Leaders and encouragement from them and all the other runners. I enjoyed the warm up Fiona (I may have to come to your aerobics class!) Well done to everyone - we did well didn't we?
