Good turnout on Monday night for our first night back at Jog Scotland . Good to see old faces again and new ones too .

Groups were split into three ...Moi and Alison took their group up Bengullion , Joan and I took our group out to Stewarton and back and Kareen and Fiona went down to the cemetery and back. 8) Good team work from everyone .

I just hope all Jog Scotlanders who said they would like to enter the MOK have done so ....as its now full . :D

OK, will do the JogScotland run first if that's OK. Glad to hear we are officially on taper week :D because after doing the Dalintober incline (x5) on Friday I'm pretty well run out - only managed a slow 3 miles on Gigha this weekend, while watching thunder and lightening over Kintyre :<> .

Sounds lika a good run your group had tonight Moi and Alison . Our group went up and around Bengullion...thanks Lady J for taking the group up there by herself....looked like a heard of sheep crossing those fields  ....over 20 joggers joined our group tonight.

As Moi said only 3 weeks to go so we will be upping the mileage to 4 for our group next week.

Hi there just like to add that the new beginners also ran very well on Monday night. Distance was roughly 2 and a 1/4 miles with one minute jogging and one walking. Not many new beginners this time had seven and two now out of action for the moment. Hope they get better soon.
