I have to admit that Aberdeen deserved their European place this season - far more consistant that the Jambos.
The attendance argument is a wee bit pointless as Hearts played their European ties at Murrayfield this year with attendances of 28,000, 32,500 and 27,255 which would easily beat the Pittodrie attendances. Also every home league game (bar one) since the start of 2005/6 Hearts have sold out the home allocation the reason the ground is not at capacity is the away fans and the need for segregation in the Roseburn Stand - hence Mr Romanov proposing to build a new main stand to increase capacity to 26,000.
