Josh was born in Oxford to Mark and Julie, who have 4 other children, and attented Malborough School in. He began playing football for Garden City F.C. in the Oxford Mail Boys League, where he was spotted by a Chelsea scout. He then joined the Blues as an academy player at the tender age of 8 where he has remained.
John recently made his home debut in Chelsea's Carling Cup game with Newcastle United, where he again came on as a substitute, and made his Premier League debut on 25 September in a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City replacing Ramires,
Around September 2010, while he has been a target transfer to Championship clubs, Ancelotti declared he will not be loaned or transferred into another club.
Josh's proud grandfather was born in Park Square in Campbeltown where he stayed for many years before leaving Campbeltown.

Anyone know Josh's local connections? Plenty of McEachran's in the town!
