Too early a start for me fiona28 and to include inclines well i think I will stick to a 9am flat run this Saturday . No offence

As fiona28 said feel free to join either group ...but i plan to do an steady 11 mile flat run again this week ...no stamina for hills these days .

After reading Saturday's KWR post I am glad I stuck to the flat run round the Moss Saturday . Well done to everyone who managed 13 miles of hills . You guys are really going to do well in this relay with all that hard training.

Good to see Ninja back with us on Saturday ....and well done managing 8.5 miles especially after your injury . As always Stu went fleeing along that Moss road like the wind with Jennifer not far behind . A good run despite myself not feeling too good .

Meeting at Red Cross Hall tonight at 6.45 pm for anyone wanting to do a steady 10K .

Fiona28 your wee legs must be screaming for a rest after two half marathons and a 10k in a week .

I'm sure pans lass will post what her plans are for saturday - fancy joining us pans lass & co

to be an ultra you have to run for hours and hours - and more hours and hours, up and down and up and down and up and down and round and round and round and over and under and just on and on and on - forever and ever and ever and ever.................

people like lucy colquhoun who did the KWR in 11 hours last year - the whole way 66 miles, all on her own, every step... 8)

Think we will have to stick to being an 'intra' for the time being fiona28 . Hope you all had a good run this morning....

What a glorious morning for a run .... this morning the group headed out to the Pans , turned at the 30 mph limit , then headed back to the Wee Toon which gave us a nice easy 10 miles in the bank . It was really warm on our way out but we turned into a head wind on the way back which was well received as it kept us cool . :D

Good Luck to Iceblue and Kenny who head down to Stratford Upon Avon for a half marathon next weekend. Look forward to hearing how it was when you get back as I think i will put that one in the diary for next year. Its one of my favourite places to visit .

Sounds good pans lass - sorry we missed it, slept in! Went out later in the morning and did 7.5 miles down to sheep fanks and around town. Was a gorgeous day for it a bit hot and windy at times tho!

that was our last big one - thank heavens - going out to machrihanish next week to do 6 miles round killepool, oh that minds me need to check with john :D

well done to pans lass group - good running from you lot too :D

For the rest of you the holidays are over - next block starts tomorrow - Monday 20th and Thursday 23rd - some come and join us - it's not as hard as it sounds
