Well done to my troopers on Thursday night, it was like night time manouveres but we did it. A first for all the girls, the whole way to the Knockscalbert mast in big puddles, wind and more rain!!!

Great team effort and great humour by all, well done :D

We will HAVE to do it again when there will be a view to enjoy

Hey girlies as an end of block treat we are having a club "powerhoop" class in the town hall at our usual meeting time. Quarter past six for on the hoop at half past. If you see this come straight to the town hall, if not one of the jogleaders will be stationed at Aqualibrium to pick up the strays.

Hoping to have a club sauna/steam after monday night for a treat but getting this finalised tomorrow and will spread the word tomorrow night so come along and get a shot of the very popular powerhoop class.

no monies required for either/both the nights, this is your end of block treat for having done so well :D

Also forms are heading out to the schools for our annual santa dash so watch out for them and come along with the kids.
