Yes out of all the teams who entered this league my team of the year would be Beef Utd. Despite not fielding one amateur player they have played every match, with some heavy defeats, and have conducted themselves in what can only be said as a credit not only to local sport but to themselves.
Well done boys and only goes to show all your hard work paid off with a great win last week!

As for the award of 'Team of the Year', they really deserve that too...for the sheer comedy value that the provided me with on a damp and cold week night! Seriously though, after the first pumping they got (at the hands of the Meadows, with me scoring 9 goals I might add.....just for you to read Darren ) they were talking about quitting, but they stuck with it when others would have rapped it. For that and the fact they never had any amatuers they defo deserve the award. Also I want to add that they made notable improve in their team and individual play, and thus deserve the award hands down! Think I put forward a good point or two there.
