Donald, I won't be running on Sunday so if you need any help with the timing I'd be happy to lend a hand.
(Providing I'm still mobile after those planks...)

Hi Joc,

Don't think many will be using this race as a time trial, but feel free to help out, more the merrier and l am sure the atmosphere will be great and a sight to see on the day of the sport relief race alone.

cheers

Well done to all that ran the 6 mile today for their time trial which is now recorded.Ninja did well dispite his real handicap of a cracked rib and bobby the boxer outfit.

Thanks to Suzy for recording nearly everyone's time that might run the handicap races this year.

Hi All

Just to remind everyone that the last run to be timed for your handicap for the coming year will be on the 15th April 2010 at 6:30 pm at the Ferry Terminal. Hopfully the 18:30 time start will suit all.

The route will Ferry terminal down to the sheep fanks and back.

Please let me know in advance if you can, if you are running on this date.

So far l have.

Madscotsbloke(which we all like to welcome for this year series0.

Please pass on to other runners that you know are thinking about doing the series this year as l want to allocate them a number whether they turn up or not on the first race,so can they please let me know asp.

thanks.

You are right fiona28, I was going to use my sports relief time for the handicap, but I'm going to do the 6 mile time trial as a training run, rather than doing a speed work session that night. I don't want to miss out on all the fun, or should that be pain, on Thursday night

Also planning to do the run on the 15th, on the basis that i will manage the 6 miles, not done any exercise for a month now....not good! So, if you can add my name to the list that would be grand, thanks.
