Ah well here we go;

Anarchy In The UK - Sex Pistols

Jimmy Jimmy - Undertones

Love Will Tear Us Apart - Joy Division

How Soon Is Now - The Smiths

Come Together - Primal Scream (Weatherall mix)

Again can change

Sweltered - more likely to give you pelters for including Wet Wet Wet
:wink:

True enough Walt, Complete Control by the Clash is another tremendous track, as is Babylons Burning by the Ruts. More recently, The Killers 'Read My Mind' is my favourite song from this year, 'Face for the radio' by the View is another cracker and My Chemical Romance, 'Black Parade'(think that was last year), christ where do you stop.

You would think with the limited number of chords, notes etc that bands would come to a brick wall writing original melodies or end up reusing existing ones but without fail there are excellent originals being written constantly.

Watchin Tin the Park all weekend really put me in the mood for going next year. Loren (daughter) managed to get 2 weekend tickets this morning as did Carol's sister so will be there 2008, Bring it on!!!
I thank yow
