Personally, I don't think it is right to 'name' these people. We are on dangerous ground.

On reflection I agree.Lord Wimpey proved that.

I have no idea who Lord Wimpey is but after the Lord McAlpine case, and the ensuing defamation cases, folk need to be careful. We should learn from that. And apart from protecting ourselves, it's simply not fair to 'out' people like this without evidence. They may have been arrested but what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

remind me again, fat boy, what did he get my licence money for?oh yea, nothing.Same as ITV they paid up for nothing. Dont see David Icke in court over this do you? Wonder why?He has been on about the fat bandb owner for years(pre lizard) and fatty aint done nowt! Perhaps the beeb should have seen him in court and let it all come out. But then again political pressure is hard to resist. Piss and wind and we know it,look a little deeper Mary doll, its an ugly world and the people who control it have dark and nasty secrets.
Keep your eyes out for my updates on the political cover up of paedos and the Jersey and UK care homes paedos. You will be amazed who was there.

Four Eyes, do not think for one minute that I don't believe 'it's an ugly world and the people who control it have dark and nasty secrets' but we still have to play by the law.

Even if those who control the world do not...

Most folk knew who the mystery celebrity was months ago but as the BBC stated today, that name is still being kept secret. We are not protected by the internet any longer.
Just remember innocent until proven guilty before some go on a hate-fest. It should also be noted that most of the allegations that have been thrown around in the recent scandal, did not involve children. If this latest arrest proves to be otherwise, I still object to the jokes made, just as this forum in previous years was forced to remove ‘funny’ posts on Glitter.
You know, I want justice for the victims and guilty people to be named and shamed as much as the next person. I just don’t think this kind of nonsense is for the forum. Maybe it is just me - it probably is - and I'll get slated again but I don't think this 'outing' or taking cheap shots is the right road to go down.

No Rog. I think GG has it spot on. Making accusations against folk plucked from some weiro web-site is just plain wrong.
I note in one of iiii's links it boasts they don't have to put "allegedly" in their comments as the accused is dead, seems gutless to me. Apparently you cannot defaim the dead, moronic.
Innocent until proven otherwise is surely a right.

I'm glad you think like that Roger because although it is probably true they won't come after you personally, the forum might very well be an easier target. I noticed tonight the BBC are still saying they are not allowed to mention the latest celebrity's name. That means we shouldn't either even IF his name is rife on the web. Personally, I will not believe any of it until he is tried in a court of law and proven guilty. Seriously, we ought to just be careful.
