Herald article on Telephone Exchange 15/10/84

Postby Hume » Mon Jan 21, 2013 1:10 pm

I came across this article from the 15th October 1984 edition of the Glasgow Herald.

I have fond memories of the place, although this article confirms to me they must have all been before my sixth birthday.

Any forum members have any recollections of the Telephone Exchange during its former use?

Should Scotland be an Independent country?

Yes, I believe Scotland is a country and should therefore govern itself.
No, Scotland is not a country it is simply part of the UK and should therefore be governed from London.
