Thought it was recent, we've had some gorgeous skies lately. Will post some of mine from Sunday night later on.

Here is a couple I took on the evening of Monday 4th June 2012, from the shores of Beachmenach on the West Coast of Kintyre. (north of Chleit, between Muasdale and Tayinloan)

They`re both beautiful, but somehow the second one is the one that grabs me, it`s lovely.

Ship,

Is that the spot where the Kintyre Way meets the beach? Great spot! I walked that section of the Way last Wednesday (6th) from Brackley. Noticing how it was such a nice spot, at the time, I had it in mind to revisit at sunset sometime soon after.

Anyway, here's a few shots I took on Sunday night (6th) at the Gauldrons. The first was taken at about 5 to 9 and the last about 10. What happened to all that lovely sand down there?

Not so far along as that. It's just north of A'Chleit church, past Beachmore. On the shoreline in this photo, just up from the cabin a bit.

The consistent high standard of photography on here is always enjoyable and sometimes breathtaking!(not counting my meagre efforts).

Another one from Beachmore

Beachmore with A'Chleit Church on the left with Cara, Gigha and Islay in the distance. For more information on the history of A'Chleit Church see http://www.scribd.com/doc/5997483/Chleit-Church-History
