Postby rossron » Mon Aug 22, 2005 4:07 pm

:D Just thought I'd say what a fantastic night on Saturday in the Vic with Deacon Blue!!

What a brilliant atmosphere - the place was buzzing :D :D Great music and great crowd.

Don't know who the organisers will need to get next year to keep up this standard :?:

Hope everyone felt the same. Roll on next year 8) 8)

Yep just to say Deacon Blue were F'n amazing. Crowd was loving it. This is the standard we want at all festivals from now on. The hairs on the back of the neck stood up when listening to 'Dignity' and hearing litrally everyone of us in the vic singing along with Ricky Ross.

Great band with a great sound.

Spot on

Yep Congratulations to everybody involved with this years festival.

Deacon Blue were excellent had a superb night.
We have had an excellent year with all the local talent, The Proclaimers and Deacon Blue. Who next?

Would love to see the Saw Doctors, Davaar Island would erupt with them.

Was that you Lorna Mac at the front with the mascara running down your face with the heat?

The parade was really good as was all the music and dancers over the green. Kids loved the show with the guys and the rubber gloves. What was their name?

Got great pics Davie hope you can put them on the site.

Campbeltown should have an official holiday on the Monday :D :D
So we can all recover :)
Big Thank you to all :D

I've just bought tickets to their Christmas concert at the Barrowland on 16th Dec. The Barrowland is a great venue and should be a riot with the Saw Doctors :D 8)

Anyone got any digital photos that are going to be put up on the visitkintyre site? I got my photos back and they're not that great, so hoping to see some smashing digital zoom ones lol!
