Burnside Bash

Postby MOK Music Festival » Sun Aug 12, 2007 3:09 pm

The Mull of Kintyre Music Festival Committee would like to point out there is no offical Burnside Bash this year.

Unfortuntaley , due to lack of support there will be no official event this year.

Please note: There is no official 'Burnside Bash' this year.

Unlike previous years, the Burnside Square will not be licensed for the consumption of alcohol. Please be aware that it will be illegal to consume alcohol outdoors in this area.

The 'Doon The Green' event is being extended to 5.30pm. This is a festival designated area where you may legally consume alcohol during the event times.

Bud,

There isn't an official bash this year; however, you won't be disappointed if you're in the vicinity, or even actually in the Burnside Square on Saturday at 6pm - guaranteed 8)

It is really sad though that there isn't full support from all the local pubs. Who needs a drink in the street to enjoy themselves anyway ?!!!

Cya!
