Does anybody know if the Hugh Trowsers Band are coming down this year? Heard they were very successful up in Carradale last year! Does anyone know?

Cecile I asked them and they're hoping for an invite
Hi Jane,

We'd love to do MoKfest again this year, and I'll be spitting fury if we don't get an invite!

We'll need to organise an early summer gig with our new line up. I'll be in Kintyre for 2 weeks in July so it would be handy for me if something could be sorted then.

I'll keep in touch,
David

So Iain you better get inviting or keep hidden in July

Yeah, c'mon Iain, get the Troosers back, they really are fantastic.
WHAT a super success they were on The Green last year.

Being the type of guy I am I always say what I think and speak the truth to the best of my knowledge.
The HTB were good last year, but after watching them on 3 occassions, I for 1 would not go and see them again.
Ok some like them, and some dont, but do we really want the same bands year in-year out? NO that would kill off Kintyre music festival for sure.
Thats just in my opinion of course. Feel free to add your own.
