PARADE AT MUSIC FESTIVAL

Can anyone help me?

I was on the site for the Music Festival about the floats for the parade, and it tells you to e-mail parade@mokfest.com, I sent any email to the address and it came back with a failure notice. Is this happening with everyone or is it just me?
