Very suprised myself about this - I would have thought Idlewild have quite a following?

No tickets here yet. According to Ticketweb it could even be up to three days before the event before you get them

Hopefully Iain can confirm when tickets will be sent out but normally it is 7 - 10 days before the event.

Sorry - had hoped there would have been some response by those in the know by now.

Will chase up a response but it may be in your interest to contact TicketWeb direct for now.

This is the response my sister got from ticketweb when she e-mailed..........................

Thank you for your email.

The tickets you purchased for this event have been dispatched. We are sorry to
hear that they have not yet arrived. Please allow Royal Mail every opportunity
to deliver. They can often get delayed within their system but usually do
eventually arrive. If you have still not received them 72 hours before the
event, we can arrange for the originals to be voided and a duplicate set left
for your collection from the venue box office. If this is the case please get in
touch with us, 08701 535 353, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Thank you for your patience

So not being the most patient person in the world and being v sus about these automatic e-mail responses, I gave them a call on 2 different numbers. Apparently they have all been dispatched, but they don't record when. It could have been as recently as this morning. Cannot even tell me whether they go first or second class and suggest I wait 'til the beginning of next week!

Just phoned ticketweb.....again! They said that when they told us the tickets had been dispatched 2 weeks ago that could just have been the date they were going to the printers. Anyone who doesn't have them 5 days before the event has to phone them again and they will reissue them :?
