As rules state can we drop one exercise if we want now that we are on number 7 or continue on with them all . :oops:

1 .Press ups
2.Plank
3.Leg raises
4.Tricep dips
5.Calf raises
6.Stomach Crunches
7.Squats

That's right Pans Lass,you can drop one or do them all,its your choice,but you don't have to let on which one you opt out off or you can alternate between them all as long as six exercises are in the whole workout,which should take roughly 30min session by now.That is with the plank that l do and will keep as l find it not so bad,maybe l should up the time on each side(no chance)lol.

I had more time last week with holidays too so I was diehard although my husband played his 'joker'!

Mananged to complete all exercises this week with one slight change for me ....changed the planks to one set of 2 mins each so happy with my routine.


Last set finished with Fiona28 and Caro after spin this morning . :D

So ...panslass = diehard


Not sure who's turn it is to post next exercise DJD but I know its my turn soon , can you please update list thanks .
