Sounds good. I already do this so will try and build it up to the tougher versions.

l know you don't Fiona28.

Putting stuff on the forum can be long winded and to spell everything out to people can be a good or bad thing in some ways, l take the route down the common sense path on the thoughts of people, they can always ask if they are not sure.

l know you love looking after them

Elaine, yourself and me are all right in our post's

Thanks

im fine with full press ups djd but some of the women(and men!!!) may need to do this from the knees is this accepted??

can i also ask what pace we count for doing these as it is soooo much harder doing them slowly :D

pans we will do our first set at toning :D

Was hoping you would do that Fiona28 and then i can make sure I am doing them right for Wed and Fridays . :D

Press ups hard so I will do the 15/20 reps x 3 to the best of my ability ...can only improve as the weeks go on . Thats what its all about .

Okay thats my two sessions complete so far ...one more to go .

Gosh it was hard doing 15 press ups let alone 3 sets but managed to do one set full body and two sets with knees bent . Upper body not strong at all so hope with all this it will improve those wee arms of mine .

That' mine for this week, looking forward to what Fioan28 has lined up for us for next week along with the press ups.

Ninja,if you have an injury on your elbow, then we don't expect you to do the exercise so just pick up from this week and do what you can until things are fine.

hmm I have a set for tomorrow. Along with Fiona's Spin Class! :(

I've slightly altered to what I can do on press ups.

And looking into my slot too...
