Good run this morning with Moi, we shared the warm up to Stewarton and then 40 mins or so out towards Southend, each at our own pace. Glorious sunshine with a bit warmth – it’s nearly shorts and vest time again.

Have a great run, taking rain check tomorrow , been persuaded by jmr to do practice chunk of Kintyre Way on Sunday! But on the positive side have had my fair share of a decent merlot for first time in ages on a Friday.

Just read your post fja , if seen earlier we may have joined you tomorrow to practice KW too but after our long run this morning legs won't be fit now :( Have a good one .

What a beautiful Morning for our LSR , Spring is definitely in the air !

This morning we headed out on the Peninver road and turned just before Ugadale , really enjoyed the first 7 miles then after that my energy levels just seemed to deplete and I struggled to keep my pace the last few miles as felt quite dehydrated ,my own fault for not fuelling the body right before hand . :( Should really know better ! All in all with warm up and cool down included just over 11 miles.

That sounds like a tough 11 miles, well done. Up for a KWR practice any time! I'll be jogging/walking it tomorrow though, not running, - arranged it so my route is about 4 miles shorter than jmr's, with luck we will meet at some point between Tayinloan and Carradale. Leaving Machrihanish around 9.30 if anyone would like to join us.
