For 2011 we have decided to give the healthy local running and jogging community a forum of their own!

excellent folks, lochgilphead and tarbert are up for it too :D im sure between us we will get bertie the baton upto tarbert, ive put a map of the route on runners world - here's the link to the forum :D

wee moi, tho she doesnt know it yet

come on the rest of you :D

those of you who are willing to do even the smallest bit post with how far you would like to run as i am going to try and start planning the chunks out eg carradale and southend folk doing their own areas etc

4th i know you could bring it up from southend :D

there must be a carradale runner who can meet the ferry and start the journey on our peninsula :D

after the mok - or around about that time, a baton will com over on th arran ferry - its making its way round the british coast - one person picks up from where anothr has stopped, its not continuous so you can slot your run in when you can manage - like before or after you milk the coos :D

hoping to fit the runs as close as we ca together to try and keep th momentum going tho :D

are you about for a wee confab djd??, have spoke to sid and he also knows some routes to keep us off the main roads :D
