JOGSCOTLAND CAMPBELTOWN :D

END OF TERM NEWSLETTER

Dear Jogger

End of block 5k Fun Run Sunday 28th June 2009

Sunday 28th June 2009 Red Cross Hall 12.30pm. Race starts 1pm.
Route will be a 5k round Benguillon then back to Red Cross Hall for nibbles and refreshments..
Laura McKenzie will be on hand from 2pm to do a ten minute massage. If anyone wishes 1/2hr massage then they will need to book an appointment with Laura separately.
Could all participants please wear their MOK 2009 run top if they have one, as the Courier is coming to take a picture.

Summer :)
During the summer to help keep training up until the new block starts again there will be unofficial Jogscotland on a Monday night at 7pm and a Thursday at 6.30pm from the Red Cross Hall. We will have no access to hall on these nights. These will be unofficial Jogscotland nights therefore the jogleaders are off duty and there will be no fees to pay. Everyone can decide what distance they want to do themselves.

Membership
If anyone has not received the Stride magazine from Jogscotland in the last two months can they please let their jog leader know ASAP as this is very important in terms of your registration. No stride means you are not registered!!

New Block :D :D
The next block will start on Monday 31st August 2009 , Red Cross Hall at 6.45pm to be on the road for 7pm and Thursdays 6.15pm to be on the road for 6.30pm

Trip :D
We are planning a trip away to Strathclyde Park on Sunday 25th October. This will be an overnight stay leaving on Saturday the 24th October. The cost will be £30 per head per room and transport will be £5 per head. Jogscotland will organise the transport and accommodation. It is then up to yourself to enter the race yourself and this can be done either online or by post. If your are unable to go online ask someone to download a form for you. Can you please let your jogleader know by Monday 14th September if you wish to go on the trip so final arrangements can be made for accommodation.

Any questions regarding the above please see your Jog Leader.

On behalf of all the Jog Leaders we wish you a pleasant summer holiday . Happy jogging !
