The Jogscotland String

For 2011 we have decided to give the healthy local running and jogging community a forum of their own!

Fiona28 was hoping to make it on Tuesday night but that is prize giving at the Grammar. So definately must make it the next week.
I am looking forward to the holidays and getting some ME time.
I have a lot of catching up to do :)

Sorry..you right Ags it is 6pm Tuesday.

Just home from Jog Scotland run this morning.....you ALWAYS feel so good after a run even though its always tempting to go back to sleep when the alarm goes off ,especially on a Saturday morning.

Enjoyed our run yesterday too Ags despite it being too hot . :D :D See you Tuesday.

Enjoyed the run this morning as well Pans Lass - the final distance was 4.36 miles, it didn't feel that far as the time passed really quickly :-)

Fiona28, I always do my long run on a Sunday morning around 9.00 am anyway, so you can count me in for that 8)
