Hey Saturday Joggies, I have also had a very last minute need to pull out of Saturday and have sent texts to the regulars.
I will now run on Friday at 5 from Aqualibrium so anybody who wants to join in please give me a yell, Ali and Linn have replied by text and are up for this. Sorry to muck up plans x

Hey Ladies, I can't make a Friday night. Tried last week and after Lindsay arranging for someone else to pick up Paige so i could go jogging, i didn't get out of work until 5.10pm. :(

Thanks Gail - The route I had planned for Saturday was out to Stewarton and on to the Moss Road for 40 mins before turning back :)

What a lovely wee run out to the airport and back this morning. Thanks Suzy and Joan for keeping me going. Can't believe I managed 7 miles without stoppping. That is the furthest I have ever run and I can honestly say I really enjoyed it. :D

Awful, awful, awful, feel terrible as leader of the day for taking you all to the beach in those conditions  It really did worsen once we got out there, honestly, that hail shower was to put it politely - just not nice!!!
Away to Oban tomorrow for exam so will have to miss this weeks long run, och well seems to be the way of it, great half marathon training plan - only run once a fortnight

Just seen this.....beautiful is certainly not one of the words that were used this morning
As Suzy mentioned, the day we went down the Southend Road I said "well the one consolation is these are the worst conditions we will ever run in"
Fiona I'm sorry I ever suggested a half marathon to keep us going over the winter, it's certainly been an experience but we will do it
Girls, I will be in touch tomorrow and let you know if I can make it :D
Fiona, good luck tomorrow x

That day we went down the southend road was mild compared to today, the main thing is least we tried it :)
