What a difference a day makes !!

Good run today girls ,well done , that us back on track again ! :D

Up a notch again next week to 50 mins out and back .Will post route before next week. :D

Not going to make this weeks LSR on Saturday which I believe will be one not to miss :( lead by our JB .

If anyone else is not going to make it I will be home Sunday so planning to do my run then if you wish to join me :D

Proposing we start at 9am this Saturday as this is our shortened run and our week for Saturday morning JS steam/sauna. Hope this is okay with all, looking forward to joanies route :D An hour downhill sounds great to me 8) Shame you going to miss it pans lass :(

Hi ladies, I am "swimming Mum" this weekend so won't manage to fit in a run at all, won't be back in time to join you on Sunday either Pans :( . Hope you all have a good run and hope the weather forecast is wrong after all these lovely running days we have had this week. Catch up soon, just not enough hours in this week at all i'm afraid :shock:

I'll just manage the run on Saturday cause i got the keys to my flat today so nee to get in and decorate it :D

Well done to my group last night, I think more was needed but the looks on the faces said no so it was no. Well done ladies on the last challenging night of hill training - and onto speed work :oops:

Button I think we agreed to meet at Aqua at 9am :D Great news about the flat, are you having a decorating party :D

Have a good run girls you will fly up and down those hills after Thursday's nights HIT training :wink: It was a killer for sure but felt good after , I think :shock: Hope the weather is good , it's grand here in Glasgow . :D

Well done again to Thursday nights 10k improvers group. Pace on the agenda at the moment, all coped with the pyramid very well :D

Have txt'd most of you but not got everyones numbers, thought we would meet at 8 on sat as we are doing a longer run. Looks like its peninver as everyone enjoyed it that much last time we ran it! Hope to see you all there.X

Well done the the 19k Improvers group of last night. Speed demons out there last night, with all seeing pace improvement in their laps, well done, hard work but rewarding :D

Beginners group of Jog Scotland showed what can be achieved In less than 12 weeks by completing 30 minutes non stop jogging On Monday night . This group started by jogging a minute , walking a minute and built up to 30 mins non stop . Fantanstic achievement ...well done !!!

hi folks,saturday morning run longest before rock n roll half, so meeting at Aqualibrium at 8 and will take cars out to craigs and start feom there. Nice flat run after last weeks Peninver hills :roll: (which was great) look forward to another nice morning run.
