Here is a link to the "East Kilbride" xcountry this coming weekend. It is for the age of 9 and upwards. Something to consider if your aim is to take on xcountry up in the City over the next few years. Cameron, Gregor and Euan, are up running at the Emirates this Saturday, so they won't be able to compete in this race.

Just like to add

This Saturday is the East Kilbride Cross Country event at O’Cathian Farm,
Hay Hill Road, Jackton, G74 5AN.
THIS IS A REAL CROSS COUNTRY COURSE OVER MUDDY FARMERS FIELDS.
You enter on the day at the venue and it will cost £3 for Young athletes ,
dearer for older athletes. ANYONE AGED 9 on the 16/1/16 can run.
See link for times of events,

http://ekac.org.uk/ekac-xc-race-16-january-16.php

Can someone pop this race on FB ( thanks ).

Here is an event that would suit a few from the Jnr Club, as well as their parents. Hopefully my two can make the West District Xcountry team again as its a fantastic day, watching the top runners compete at the Internationl Xcountry.

The premier inn, on the east side of Edinburgh is good value if you book soon.

Hi all,

Read the rules for next year on this link. Hopefully we can overcome these hurdles, so we can enter a team for the road relay, even if we have to amalgamate as a team.

I hopefully will put one of my children in for next years Xcountry in April and then two for the year after.

See SSAA for further details on all primary school events.
