3k "On the Green"

We at the Junior running club are going to host a "3k On The Green" run. It will be held once a month and it will be on (hopefully) the first Friday of each month. We feel this is needed for the older Juniors to have an extra fast intensity run each month.
It will be conducted on the lines that it will be done either on the Meadows or at the Ferry Terminal esplanade on that green. Which venue it is to be will be chosen nearer the time, as not to clash with the football being held at the Meadows and advertised as to which one.
The first one will be held in April and due to the circumstances will be held on the 10th April (provisionally). It will also be open to all, adults aswell.
There will be a £1.00 entry fee ( a wee fund raiser for the Jnrs) for that you will receive a number, pins, and a monthly recorded time.
It will be conducted between the hour of 17:15 - 1800hrs.
One just turns up any time between the above time and registers and runs as a individual and they will receive a recorded time each month.
The aim is to try and beat your personal clock time and also to have a high intensity session and push your individual boundary up.
Like we have said it is open to everyone but as a Junior running club it is aimed at the older Junior runners in which we have picked up on, and we hope you enjoy it as a Friday session on it own.
Thanks and once again, "It is open to all" club or none club members, seniors and juniors
