I will cycle if anyone needs a team member. Ankle still way off being fit for the run

ps I am almosy certain I can be quicker on a road bike than last years efforts hahaha

All three of us have still to complete the counselling from last year.

I may have been a bit hasty in adding my name to the list of possibles.

I might try a few miles this weekend on the bike and see how the ankle holds up.
