Easter holidays

Postby Seatours » Sun Mar 28, 2010 5:16 pm

Hello all

If anyone's stuck for things to do in the Easter holidays, we have lots of trips out of Campbeltown most days including:

Sanda Island (1.5 to 2 hours) - round Sanda to see seals and lots of seabirds

Ailsa Craig (2 to 2.5 hours) - great chance to see the famous island up close with its 70,000 gannets

Fast Blasts - 30 minutes round Campbeltown Loch and Davaar (only a tenner a head!)

(We also have a special trip on April 4th at 10am to Sanda and then round the Mull with 6 spaces left.)

Further information and times from the Tourist Info Centre, at http://www.mull-of-kintyre.co.uk or give me a call on 07785542811.

Hope to see the usual mix of locals and visitors on board.

Thanks for posting this information Mike - much appreciated. If anyone fancy a wee trip I am sure others will join me in saying this is a must do if visiting the area!

In addition if you are looking for another highly recommended activity in Kintyre then please visit the Scottish Owl Centre here in Campbeltown.

Which is open from Thursday (1st April) to Monday (5th), closed Tuesday (6th) then open again from Wed (7th) to Sat (10th)

I second that about the Owl Centre, we went when we were there, but I later read that it was leaving Campbeltown, did they have a change of heart?
