The new a la carte menu features a delightful Seafood Platter with Archie's Smoked Mussels, and Smoked and Roast Salmon as well as fresh Scallops and Langoustines. There are also specials of Loch Fyne Mussels Mariniere; Squat Lobster; Scallops & Bacon; Crab Spring Rolls and other delightful treats for those who like Haggis, Black Pudding and Mushrooms. Ifferdale Lamb is also on the menu, along with Duck Breast, succulent Sirloin Steak and much more. The Specials each day are always a delight, as are the attractive home-made desserts, such as Belgian Chocolate and Springbank Tart; Vanilla Crème Brûlée etc...
