Not required by law, but if you`re doing work for a local authority or are sub-contracted to another company, they usually insist you have it or you cant work for them.

yep, the insurance is sorted, thanks for all the advice jaffacat.
just needing a colour cartridge and will get it printed and framed. lol. :roll:

Well regardless whether you have insurance, a guarantee, certificate or a signed letter from the queen, i have to say you did a great job up at my place the other day.
For me, turning up was a big plus which is more than can be said of the "qualified" people.

I for one will definately be giving you another call :)

James,

Same here, measured up the for gate, explained what was needed to my wife and two days later job done. We will be in contact again, saved me a lot of grief just by turning up as promised.

Just about done putting a metal framed greenhouse together, nightmare of a job, but getting there.

So who has any DIY disasters needing fixed/ finished after all these holidays and long weekends? :)
