Tracing McTaggarts

Hello, my name is Iain McTaggart. My father John McTaggart was from Campbeltown. He had a brother Daniel McTaggart and a sister Florence. I think he may have had another brother called Baldy (sp?) who may at one point have been mayor of Campbeltown.

I also know I have some cousins. One is called Douglas.

Last time I was in Campbeltown was when I was eight or nine years old (1978/79) and have not been back since.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows any of these McTaggarts who might be my relatives as I'm interested in getting in contact with them.

Hi Iain, I am your cousin Douglas, its great to here from you after all those years. Your Uncle Dan, Auntie Florence and Auntie Margaret are still living in Campbeltown, sadly, My Dad, your Uncle Baldy, has passed away.
