Hi,I am looking for information on JOSEPH CLAFFEY.
His parents were MICHAEL CLAFFEY & DOROTHY MARGARET McGOUGAN
Dorothy was born In the Calton Maternity Hospital in Campbeltown in 1973 and their other child DENISE ELIZABETH JOANNE CLAFFEY was born in Campbeltown Hospital in 1993 but I have been unable to find any details for JOSEPH CLAFFEY.
The father MICHAEL was a builder.
Ifanyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Let me introduce myself.My name is Joseph McMillan, I was born in Dumbarton in 1946 and emigrated to Australia in 1968.After suffering three serious heart attacks I decided to have a look at my family tree and see if heart disease is prevalent in the family.Unfortunately I found a lot of evidence confirming this.However by starting to look at my ancestors I became "hooked" on researching my family tree and as my great grandfather John McMillan was born in Campbeltown I decided to take a look at his brothers and sisters.One of his sisters,BARBARA was born in Campbeltown in 1800 and she married PETER McSPORRAN [born 1803] in Campbeltown in 1826.
You are descended from them.
Your mother DOROTHY MARGARET McGOUGAN born Campbeltown in 1973 is my 3rd. cousin 3 times removed so that makes you and your sister Denise, my 3rd. cousin 4 times removed.
I have been able to obtain the marriage details for your father and mother and the birth details for your sister Denise but I have been unable to obtain anything about you other than the fact that your father is MICHAEL CLAFFEY [a builder] and your mother is DOROTHY MARGARET McGOUGAN.
I have no other information on your father either[date and place of birth etc]
