The Kintyre Music & Arts Tuition Group, The Kintyre Cultural Forum and the Mull of Kintyre Music Festival have announced their latest music workshops dates for 2010.

Rebecca Brown is the resident fiddle tutor and she will be joined by Sam Hales who tutored two guitar workshops at the last workshop day in December and Jamie Kennedy who will tutor a beginners percussion workshop.
Both fiddle and guitar workshops will start with a beginners workshop at 4.15pm, intermediate level at 5.15pm and the advanced workshop at 6.15pm with the percussion workshop starting at 4.15pm.

These workshops are free and open to all ages and skill levels. They are held in the White Hart Hotel which hosts a night time music session with the tutors, students and local musicians.

The organisers also hope to hold a concert at the end of March to co-inside with the last workshop.

If you require any more information or wish to pre-book onto any of the workshops please email kmatg@hotmail.co.uk or contact Iain Johnston at 01586 552034, or simply turn up on the day as there should be spaces available."
