The recently postponed annual Joe Paterson Memorial Trophy will now take place at Kintyre Park Campbeltown on Saturday 1st August 2009.

Argyll teams please note new date. Kick off time will be announced shortly - probably 2.30 pm.

Argyll Select v Scottish Amateur Football League will be rescheduled

Unfortunately, this week's match to commemorate the life and work of the late Joe Paterson - former SAFL Match Secretary - has been postponed. It is always difficult to honour fixtures when the holiday season starts, a problem that is not uncommon amongst amateur organisation.

The league has apologised for being unable to honour the fixture, and, hopes that the game can be re-scheduled later in the season - possibly September weekend.
