Active Schools Drum Therapy Workshops!

Putting on some drum therapy workshops for schoolkids on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th of April. These are free for any kids in school who wish to come along and make a racket!
Drum Therapy is good for you emotionally aswell as physically. It can lead to a sense of well-being and is also a great way to release aggression and reduce stress.
The sessions can accomodate up to 6/7 kids at once and will insure an exciting, fun environment to learn about rhythm and make a lot of noise! If you're interested, it's still not to late to sign up!
