Yoga for Sport Workshop
Are you a runner, cyclist, or do you play football or rugby? Or are you just curious?
Whatever your sport yoga is a perfect complement to any training regime.
It creates a balance of strength, flexibility, endurance and increases mind-body awareness and focus.
Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday availability - time by arrangement
2 hour workshop including personal follow-up.

In this workshop, we will assess specific areas of imbalance, tightness & strain in the body and discover simple yet dynamic yoga sequences to aid performance.
Other aspects of yoga including pranayama (breathing techniques) and mantra will be explored to enable a relaxed yet focussed approach to competition.
We will finish with some restorative yoga postures to aid post-competition recovery or for when your body just needs a little love!
