This year we have some exciting changes – come along to our very first Race Expo on Saturday 25th May at the Aqualibrium Leisure Centre from 1pm – 5pm where you can register for the race (until 8pm) collect your race numbers, timing chips and any ceilidh tickets you have ordered. There will be many stalls and exhibitions until 5pm and a free talk and demonstration by Chi Running expert Nick Constantine at 5pm (you can sign up for this at the Expo). All welcome .




MOKRUN could not be held without the goodwill of volunteers and due to it being bigger than ever this year we are in need of more marshals. Could you spare a few hours of your time on Sunday 26th May to allow this great event to happen?

If so please email events@mokrun.com. Please go to the Victoria Hall at 9.30am on race day for an important race briefing where you will be given a map and information you need.

Refreshments for all marshals as a reward! Many thanks to anyone who does this for the race - it is very much appreciated. We always get feedback from runners thanking the marshals for their hard work, smiling faces and words of encouragement around the course.
