24 Hour Relay

Campbeltown Running Club is hosting its first 24 hour marathon relay. The run will start at 6p.m. on Friday 24th June and will finish at 6 p.m. on Saturday 25th June. Runners will run in blocks of one hour each and the total distance run in the 24 hour period will be recorded. Participants are asked to guess the total distance that will be run. Guesses are charged at £1 a go. The person guessing the correct distance covered will win £100. If no-one guesses the correct distance, the person with the nearest guess will win the prize. In the event of a tie, the prize money will be split.

Funds raised will be split evenly between Campbeltown Running Club and MacMillan Cancer Support.

Just a wee reminder of the Running Club's event starting at 6pm on 24th June with the club running continously for 24 hours in aid of clubs funds and McMillan Cancer Support.

I'm running too so if anyone wishes to make a guess at the distance we will run in 24 hours then please give me a shout! Sheets are also available locally in various shops and pubs etc
