I;ve travelled to many parts of the US, and Montana is without doubt my favourite state. Wide open spaces, beautiful lakes, and high, high mountains. It's the one state I would be happy to visit again and again.

I too have visited many states Sarid and although we have spent lots of wonderful, unforgettable holidays in California, especially the combination of cities and places like Yesemite and Mammoth Mountains, I think I'd have to state my favourite place is New England. I love all of it and it has my favourite city in the US. We always did New Hampshire and Boston and it had everything for the kids. That's the state (Mass) we so very nearly settled in about five years ago - bought our house, got the kids a school, etc. and then we didn't do it. So the combination of all these 5 states do it for me, the whole area. Is that cheating?
But Montana? I'll be looking at that.

I've been to Florida, New Jersey and New York (NYC), but I like the sound of New England and Montana as described above.

Washington State sounds interesting too. Don't fancy the hotter states! I'd love to visit Alaska and Hawaii too 8)
