We will be visiting Saddell Bay in October again this year.

Last year, I got the impression that there was no ferry service to Arran in winter, although talking to others I gathered they managed a return crossing for a day.

Can anyone advise if there is a service and where ferries depart from?

The winter timetable should be out by end of September, not ideal, but it seems to be the best they can do!

Winter ferry service to Arran is going to be held on 23 October 2023 to 28 March 2024 from Ardrossan to Brodick.
