There is a Neil Brodie who owns the ironmonger shop in Longrow next to the Clydesdale Bank. There are other Brodies thoughout Campbeltown of which I know.

Hi Rosemary

The Brodie's are a big part of my family history and I have got a fairly good family tree which you may be interested in. Will PM you to find out exactly which family you are interested in as I think there are a few different ones.

Hi Rosemary
My granny was a "Brodie" from Glebe St, She was Elizabeth (Betty) as she was known, she married Bill Findlay.
she had sisters Peggy, Ellen and Ria and brothers David and Malcolm.
I think we might be from the same family??

Hi

I am trying to do some research into my family history and it looks like we are related.

My Granny was Ria Scott (she sadly passed away this year) and my Papa was Jack Scott (he passed away in 1996, a great man).

I would love to hear from anyone who remembers my family during their time in Scotland. My father is James (Jim Scott).

Many thanks

Andrew
