Hello to everyone on the board. Just got back from a great holiday in Scotland. The second week we stayed on Arran and took a day trip across to the peninsula. We took the scenic route down to Campbeltown(very beautiful) and spent most of the day in the town.
I'd just like to say what a great day we had. This was our first visit; we loved the town and everyone was very friendly. We went for a walk around the Kilkerran cemetary trying to find some family graves, my great grandparents in particular. A very helpful man very kindly located it for us.
In the afternoon we took the kids to the owl centre which was great fun.
Hopefully next time we visit we can find somewhere nearer as we do want to see more of the town.
