Well Done John Lamont

Postby caro » Thu Sep 06, 2007 12:23 pm

Just like to say a massive well done to John for doing so well in rugby training and matches to date.
Thanks for all the support locally from David Banks, George Baxter and all involved with the local rugby training.

John is heading for trials in the next few weeks with some squads in Glasgow - good luck, son! :)

The game with the oval ball is not my favourite, but what I do like is to see youngsters getting a chance, in any sport. All the best young man. Grasp the chance, and that damn oval thing if you can!

Good Luck

We are definitely rich in having so many young talented sportsmen and women in Campbeltown. Let's hope they get all opportunities they can to make the most of their potential.

By the way, I'm not just bigging up John so he'll take me along with him and introduce me to more men in shorts!! :P
