CDAFL: Carradale AFC vs Davaar AFC - 3 June 2007

Carradale AFC beat Davaar AFC by 8 goals to 1 yesterday in what was Carradale's first home match of thgis year's Campbeltown and District AFL.

Just for once the weathermen had got it right and wet weather kept all but the hardiest of spectators tucked up indoors.

Well done, Carradale. Better luck next time, Davaar.

What has happened to the Davaar football team? I followed the league last year and they weren't too bad at all. Also watched them beat Carradale 5-2 earlier in the year.

How come they are gettin walloped by big goal margins all the time? :shock:

i believe some of there players spat the dummy out and left them

Who spat the dummy and why? I thought they might have had a chance of doing something this year. Although I have seen John Gillespies team and they look really good, doing a great job with the youngsters. Can't see past them for the league.
