WHISKY MACS

Postby HURRUMPH » Mon May 21, 2007 9:29 am

A winning start for whisky macs last night against a very good lochgilped team
who took the lead after 10 mins a equaliser from james collet then a penalty from chris mcalister put the macs in front but just before half time the wanderers scored
after a poor first half from macs the second half was much improved when again mcalister scored after a good run and a fourth goal from frazer magarry put the game beyond the wanders and a final goal from stuart mctaggart made the final score 5-2
whisky macs play the boys this saturady at one i think at kinloch!

Southend gained all 3 points last night as well. The game went on to be a 7-0 for Southend after going in two goals to the good at the half!

WHISKY MACS

Postby HURRUMPH » Mon May 28, 2007 7:11 pm

A poor first half display gave campbeltown utd the three points on saturday. Macs went down two goals in the first half. A goal from James Collet gave macs some hope in the second and some great saves from Neil macsporran kept macs in the game until John mcallum put the game to bed for utd whiskys have a free week this week next week they travel to Southend.

It's Carradale vs Davaar tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully the weathermen got their forecast wrong.

WHISKYS

Postby HURRUMPH » Sun Jun 17, 2007 2:49 pm

A tough game for the macs on friday night against carradale with a vital one nil victory thanks to (geezer) putting the ball past robert todd after a great ball through by robert judge. Carradale had the chance of going in front when (moog) brought down paul soudan in the box but a great save buy neil mcsporran kept macs in it. A sending off near the end of the game from the dale spoiled a firm but fair game from the two teams anybody out there able to put a table on the forum to see where the teams are would be nice.

whiskys

Postby HURRUMPH » Sun Jun 24, 2007 6:35 pm

A win again for the macs today 5-1 with Robert judge header to start and a couple from top scorer geezer putting the game 3-0 in the first 30 mins poor clearing from macs gave ardrishaig a glimmer of hope but in the second half macs put more pressure on to score again from Darren renton. An own goal finished off ardrishiag and it could of been one more if yours truly passed instead of trying to be hero and going for goal nosebleed!!! whiskys face a tough game next sunday against the Davaar with some key men out due to trip with CTA [/b]
