It probably was 95/96ish Davie, I mind you playing a season or so while me and Archie were also playing for Southend, and I think we stopped in 96 or 97 was Flaws started the Meadows team.

No - teams have to use a bit of common sense when getting their teams together but as a league we can't force a rule like that. Everyone is amateur.

Invariably, teams will be stronger than others and some teams may fade away if they keep getting beat but unfortunately you can't have an even league and there has to be good and poor teams in the leagues.

Think Beef Utd might be looking for some players as may Southend but I thought you would have been with The Vets?

Oh, and the Lifeboat is entering a team but that is the league applications closed now.
