Great to see this happening.

With the resources we have in Kintyre I've often wondered why more isn't happening for kids in golf. We surely have some of the best facilities on our door steps so why not use them?

Think there is also lessons starting on a Wednesday at the Grammar too??

Merry Christmas to all junior golfers in the area.

We have seen 12 boys and girls on average coming out for this winter league, which is fine. But there's room for even more, so why not come out and meet us in 2013 !? We start at 1pm every Sunday, except for school holidays, so first round in 2013 is January 13th. There's different activities and competitions over the winter.

Only activity over the Christmas holiday is a generation match on boxing day. Junior's are supposed to turn out with an adult playing partner from the family. We'll play 7 or 9 holes greensome for a few prices and fun, (weather permitting). Phone the pro-shop if in doubt.

Remember it's 11am on boxing day, allowing for getting home for lunch.

2013 - Bring it on
